Terms & Conditions for Booked and Branded
By purchasing Booked and Branded, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth by Bailey Batishev Photography LLC (“Company”).

1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances. This includes full-pay and payment plan options. Please purchase mindfully and with the intention to follow through.

2. Payment Plans + Failed Payments
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. You may not cancel, skip, or avoid future payments once access is granted to the course materials.

In the case of a failed payment, your access to the course may be suspended immediately, and the outstanding balance will remain due. We reserve the right to pursue the full balance owed through a collections process if necessary.

3. Chargebacks + Disputes
If you initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute, you will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred by the Company to resolve and recoup the disputed amount. This includes legal fees, chargeback penalties, and administrative costs.

Additionally, your access to Booked and Branded and all related materials will be revoked immediately, and further legal action may be taken.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage
All content inside Booked and Branded — including videos, templates, worksheets, branding frameworks, and audio recordings — is the intellectual property of Bailey Batishev Photography LLC and is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, share, repurpose, or distribute any materials without prior written consent. Doing so is a direct violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

5. No Guarantees
While we believe fully in the power of this program, we do not guarantee specific results, income, client bookings, or business outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and commitment. This program is not a done-for-you service or a promise of earnings.
