All Products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute any Product or content in any form without express written permission from the Company.

All content, including but not limited to videos, guides, templates, and course materials, is the property of Bailey Batishev Photography LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchase of a Product does not grant you ownership or license to the content beyond the personal use rights stated above.

4. Refund Policy and Payment Disputes

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credit card disputes (“chargebacks”) are permitted under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a credit card dispute for any reason.

If you initiate a chargeback in violation of these Terms, you will remain responsible for the full payment of the Product, as well as any fees, costs, or expenses incurred by the Company in recovering the payment (including collection agency fees, legal fees, and administrative costs). You further agree that the Company may pursue legal action to enforce these obligations if necessary.
