1. DIGITAL PRODUCT — NO PHYSICAL ITEMS

“Pose Like a Pro” is a digital product delivered electronically.
No physical items will be shipped. Access is provided immediately upon purchase via the email address you enter at checkout.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. There will be no refunds under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be given for any reason.

No exceptions will be made once access is granted.

Failure to download, use, or apply the material does not warrant a refund.

3. NO CHARGEBACKS — LEGALLY BINDING

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback through your bank, PayPal, or credit card company.

If a chargeback is attempted, you agree to:

Reimburse Bailey Batishev Photography, LLC for the full purchase price plus any fees incurred, including merchant fees, legal fees, recovery fees, and administrative time.

Be held responsible for all costs associated with recouping funds, including collections actions if necessary.

All chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of product delivery, IP logs, and purchase agreement (this document).

4. NO GUARANTEES OR INCOME CLAIMS

This product provides posing education, guidance, and photography technique instruction.

Bailey Batishev Photography, LLC does not guarantee:

Any specific results

Any increase in income

Any level of improvement in photography skills

Any number of bookings, clients, or sales

Any business growth or financial outcomes

Your success depends entirely on your effort, application, skill level, and market factors outside our control.

You acknowledge that no income claims, performance claims, or business guarantees are being made.

5. PERSONAL USE LICENSE ONLY

Your purchase grants one (1) non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

Share, forward, screenshot, or distribute the content

Upload the content to shared folders or social media

Resell or recreate the material

Claim the content as your own

Teach the content as part of a workshop, course, or paid offer

Reproduce, copy, or use material for commercial purposes

Violations will result in legal action and removal of access without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content—including videos, PDFs, text, graphics, and educational materials—is property of Bailey Batishev Photography, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright law.

You agree not to infringe upon, dilute, or misuse these rights.

7. TECHNICAL ACCESS & RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you enter your correct email at checkout

Downloading or saving your access promptly

Having a device capable of opening the materials

Maintaining your login credentials

We are not responsible for lost passwords, outdated email addresses, or inability to access due to user error.

8. NO PROMISE OF LIFETIME ACCESS

Access to this product is provided as long as the product exists.
