1. Membership Overview
The Content Club is a monthly or yearly subscription that provides access to exclusive digital content, pose prompts, tutorials, strategy tips, and a private community for content creation support.

2. Payment Terms
Monthly Membership: Billed automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase at $27/month.

Yearly Membership: Billed automatically every 12 months from the date of purchase at $297/year (save 1 month).

All payments are processed securely via our checkout provider.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated cancellations for any reason once payment has been processed.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Access will remain active through your current billing period. No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing term.

5. Content Access
Membership content is intended for your personal use only. Sharing, duplicating, or distributing materials to non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in account removal.

6. Community Guidelines
Members agree to abide by our group rules, contribute respectfully, and maintain a supportive, judgment-free environment. Any harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All content within The Content Club (including prompts, guides, and trainings) is protected under copyright and remains the intellectual property of Bailey Batishev Photography LLC. Unauthorized use, replication, or resale is prohibited. Legal action may be taken if any property is distributed against these terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of specific results or business growth. Your success depends on your individual effort, application, and circumstances. This membership is educational and informational only.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the membership structure, pricing, or content offerings at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email.
